2007 Vintage: Sip 2

In the second instalment of the peek into the melodrama that was my life in the first week of 2007,  lamentations over a failed relationship spill over into crushing self-doubt about my chosen line of work.

I was still a couple of years away from completing my first full length play, which would go on to do decently for itself in 2009, as a well-reviewed full production by b current at the Theatre Centre in Toronto, and even get featured in an academic publication alongside the work of Djanet Sears.

But long before that, there was a lot of agonizing to get through over the validity of the work, and of course more boohoo-ing over the boy. Fun!
