foodie websites up and down the internet call it yeast-risen flatbread,
crepe-like flat bread,
sourdough pancake-like bread,
flat spongy bread,
flat crepe like food that has millions of bubbles or holes on its surface, (millions, really?)
American-style Ethiopian bread,
Ethiopian flatbread similar to a crepe… (bread, bread…clearly, peoples have never had difo dabo)
I call it food,
and just realized I won’t be having it for the next eleven months, give or take.
